I’m Mark Kneebone, a former police officer who’s on the path of recovery from alcoholism and mental health challenges. My amazing partner in this journey my wife Xelly, who has been by my side from the very beginning. Along with my friend Kenny "Finn" Finnegan, we wanted to create something impactful that would give back to others in recovery. After some passionate discussions, we decided to start a podcast. Sadly, Finn passed away on June 1st 2025, leaving a significant void in our lives. In his honor, Xelly and I are committed to pushing forward, providing a safe space for open, honest and transparent conversations about life without judgment. While we focus on recovery from addiction and mental health challenges, our mission goes far beyond. We believe in the power of SHARE, HELP, and REPEAT— SHARE stories and experiences, HELP others along the way, and REPEAT this whenever we can. Join us on this journey and share your story!
